ออกแบบระบบกล้อง CCTV กลางแจ้งที่ครบวงจร โดยทีมวิศวกรมืออาชีพจาก AITS
พื้นที่สวนสุขภาพเทพราชบุรีรมย์เป็นพื้นที่ออกกำลังกายและพักผ่อนของชุมชน ที่เปิดให้ประชาชนเข้าใช้งานตลอดทั้งวันทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน ทีม AITS CCTV ได้รับมอบหมายให้ออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (Outdoor Surveillance System) เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานและทรัพย์สินในพื้นที่
1. การวิเคราะห์พื้นที่และออกแบบระบบ (Site Survey & System Design)
ก่อนเริ่มงาน ทีมวิศวกรของ AITS ทำการสำรวจพื้นที่โดยละเอียด ทั้งตำแหน่งเสา, แนวรั้ว, จุดทางเข้า–ออก และบริเวณลานออกกำลังกาย เพื่อกำหนดจำนวนกล้องและมุมมองที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
- วิเคราะห์แนวสายไฟและจุดเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในพื้นที่
- กำหนดระยะระหว่างกล้องแต่ละตัว เพื่อให้ภาพครอบคลุมโดยไม่มีจุดบอด (Blind Spot)
- ออกแบบโครงสร้างการเดินสายแบบ Star Topology (PoE) เพื่อความเสถียรของสัญญาณ
2. อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการติดตั้ง (Device & Specification)
ระบบที่ติดตั้งในโครงการนี้เลือกใช้กล้องวงจรปิดแบบ IP Camera ความละเอียด 4MP พร้อม IR 30 เมตร และ Housing กันน้ำมาตรฐาน IP67
- กล้องติดตั้งบนเสาคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสูงประมาณ 6–8 เมตร
- ใช้ขา Pipe Mount Bracket สำหรับพื้นที่โล่งและมุมสูง เพื่อเพิ่มระยะมองเห็น
- สาย LAN แบบ Outdoor CAT6 U/FTP ป้องกัน UV และ EMI พร้อม Ground Shield
- ระบบจ่ายไฟผ่าน PoE Switch Managed Layer 2+ ควบคุมการจ่ายไฟและรีสตาร์ทระยะไกล
- อุปกรณ์ทุกตัวรองรับการทำงานที่อุณหภูมิ -20°C ถึง 60°C
3. ความปลอดภัยของระบบและโครงสร้าง (System Safety & Reliability)
การติดตั้งกลางแจ้งจำเป็นต้องคำนึงถึงทั้งความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์และผู้ติดตั้ง
- เดินสายภายในท่อเหล็กชุบกัลวาไนซ์ (EMT) เพื่อป้องกันหนูและแรงกระแทก
- จุดต่อทั้งหมดหุ้มด้วย Weatherproof Coupler + Silicone Sealant ป้องกันน้ำซึม
- ทีมงานติดตั้งพร้อมอุปกรณ์เซฟตี้ครบชุด: หมวกนิรภัย, เข็มขัดกันตก, และบันไดไฟเบอร์
- เดินไฟแยกวงจรเฉพาะสำหรับ CCTV พร้อมระบบ Surge Protection ป้องกันไฟกระชาก
4. การเชื่อมต่อและระบบบันทึกภาพ (Network Integration & Recording System)
ระบบของสวนสุขภาพเทพราชบุรีรมย์ถูกออกแบบให้รองรับการบันทึกและดูภาพย้อนหลังได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ใช้ NVR ความจุ 8–16 Channel เชื่อมต่อด้วยระบบ Gigabit Network
- บันทึกภาพแบบ H.265+ เพื่อประหยัดพื้นที่จัดเก็บ
- สามารถดูภาพสดและย้อนหลังผ่าน Smartphone, Tablet และ PC ผ่านระบบ Cloud
- มีการตั้งค่าแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติเมื่อมีการเคลื่อนไหว (Motion Detection)
5. การดูแลหลังการติดตั้ง (After-Sales & Maintenance Service)
AITS มีบริการ Preventive Maintenance (PM) ตรวจเช็กระบบปีละ 1–2 ครั้ง เพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพภาพและสัญญาณการเชื่อมต่อ
- ตรวจเช็กความแน่นของขาและโครงสร้างยึด
- ทำความสะอาดเลนส์และ Housing ป้องกันฝุ่นและรอยน้ำ
- อัปเดต Firmware ของกล้องและ NVR เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยด้านระบบ

Theppharat Burirom Health Park serves as a public wellness space open day and night for exercise and recreation. To enhance security for both visitors and assets, AITS CCTV engineered and installed a high-performance outdoor IP camera system that combines clarity, weatherproofing, and reliability.
1. Site Survey and System Design
Our engineering team conducted a comprehensive on-site analysis, mapping out pole positions, entry and exit points, and high-traffic zones.
- Designed full coverage with zero blind spots using advanced FOV analysis
- Calculated power and data routes using PoE Star Topology for network stability
- Integrated the design into existing electrical infrastructure to minimize disruption
2. Device Specification and Installation Setup
Each unit in this project uses a 4MP IP Camera with 30m IR distance and IP67-rated weatherproof housing.
